Buying a vehicle is not impossible any more as long as you can find all purchasing facilities without any complications at Abou Ghaly Motors , which are especially made for customer convenience and satisfaction. Availability of credit programs which suits every customer. Dear customer all you have to do is to arrange the following papers to own your magnificent car.
First step: Required Documents
- Selling procedures for individuals
- Client:
- Copy of the ID or passport in which the latest residence and work address is stated.
- A contract of residence ownership or leasing, accompanied by a receipt of phone or electricity.
- A certificate of monthly income and copies of fixed or current assets (if available).
- Documents with client accounts in banks and a proxy for asking about those accounts.
- Full inquiry from the client with the opinion of the inquired person clearly.
- Guarantor:
- Copy of the ID or passport in which the latest residence and work address is stated.
- A contract of residence ownership or leasing, accompanied by a receipt of phone or electricity.
- A certificate of monthly income and copies of fixed or current assets (if available).
- Selling procedures for companies:
- A copy of company contract or Company declaration and it's adjustments (if available).
- Copy of newly issued commercial register and taxation card.
- A copy of latest signed balance sheet and latest submitted tax avowal.
- Contract of ownership or leasing of the company, property activity and a receipt of electricity or phone.
- A certificate of non-bankruptcy or protseto.
- A document of company accounts in banks and a proxy from the company for inquired about those accounts in a way which notifies the size of company size of activity.
- A full inquiry (COMMERCIAL & FINANCIAL) with the inquired person opinion of the client clearly.
Second step: Credit-selling procedures
- Client's age should not be less then 25 years or more then 65 years.
- Filling a credit purchase order containing the required client's and guarantor's data.
- Agreed upon down payment, which should not be less then 25%.
- 250 L.E. which are the inquiry expenses should be collected from the client whether the selling procedure to the client is accepted or not. (non refundable) .
Third Step: Delivery procedures
After getting the approval on the selling process a complete file of the customer with all requested documents including the inquiry documents will be arranged.
- Checks or bill of exchange of the remaining price should be submitted.
- Checks as guarantee, as a fact of one check yearly should be submitted.
- Interdiction of car selling to be decided by the financial department.
- Insurance certificate to be made on the car as long as the car will not be delivered unless this certificate is submitted.
- Any additional requests for the car should be paid in cash.
- The car is to be submitted within 72 hours from receiving the file.
