
Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge gained in business or psychology courses to real-world problems.

Use SAP to perform a number of personnel projects.

Conduct and analyze human capital surveys.

Review and assist in updating company policies and employee benefits.

Propose strategies for recruitment, succession plans, and training.

Develop a weekly newsletter.

Conduct frequent location visits.

Support a productive and innovative team dedicated to creating a thriving company culture.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
-
University senior or recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, or related field.

Passionate about Human Resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Perfect command of English and Arabic on a business level.

Previous experience with conducting surveys and detailed analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Completed projects (inside or outside of school) or classes focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Development.

Previous internships or demonstrated work experience (i.e. research assistant, teaching assistant, personal projects, etc.)
